DESCRIPTION

PTFE Lined Diaphragm Valve that is housed inside the PTFE-lined diaphragm valve body controls the flow. The opening and shutting of a hole in the diaphragm serve as the control mechanism for the valve. The inside of the PFA Diaphragm Valve is coated with a synthetic PFA polymer to provide a barrier against contaminants. The body of the valve is made up of a combination of a few different kinds of high-alloy metals and steels. The lining of the diaphragm valve, which might be made of PFA or metal, is selected with consideration given to the lining of the pipeline itself.
